EY senior consultant, possibly manager role - stress testing/capital management (CCAR/DFAST)
I got hit up by a recruiter and have an interview tomorrow for EY, the job is remote and has a salary band of 80-150k plus Benefits, bonus and sign on.
I have experience in schedule L (counterparty credit risk) CCAR and CCR management reporting/analytics.
The salary band is very wide, what should I be asking for in a senior analyst role? I’d have all the knowledge they want.

WTH?!?!
How possible is it to lateral from a firm as a senior associate to another as a partner without a large book of business? Assume current firm is among the best for the lateral’s practice area.

Can anyone explain the value of a recruiter if you are consistently locating and sending them relevant job postings? They are always lovely to speak with but I’m wondering if it is better to just apply directly via a firm’s website? I understand that firms have to pay recruiters a not insignificant sum for placements and want to remain competitive when applying. Thoughts?
