About 10 years ago he felt better and got a degree in Computer Science but can't/will not work and he collects social security. Currently a senior, working hard to promote Manager in a year/two. Firm wants to submit PERM with EB3 senior position and said no promotion should be taken until getting I140. Only less than 2yrs left on H1B. Getting 140 can take very long and don’t want to delay career progress. Is this even right, why cannot file PERM for a future position? What can I do now? Pls advice!

On H-1B and I told my current employer today that I would be resigning to join a new employer. Current employer would like to give me a counter offer.
1. Is it okay to reveal the numbers to my current employer?
2. If my current employer matches, can I take that offer to my new employer?

Hi all... received medical RFE for my AOS (EB1C India non concurrent filing in December, 140 approved in May, FP complete in April 2021)
They have given an envelope but the medical records cannot fit inside. Any advice on how to handle this ? Should I just tape or Clio the envelope with the sealed envelope ?

Folks who qualified for submitting 485 application in last October have anyone received EAD cards. My biometric was done in Feb and still no sign of EAD. Have USCIS slowed down again? Are they going by priority date while issuing cards.
