I’ve realized I’ve been coping with food and have been eating to the point of being physically uncomfortable, but I still feel hungry. I’ve gained 15lbs and it’s so frustrating. I’m usually really healthy (workout often and eat well), so this seems out of character and I just don’t know how to make it stop. I can somehow convince myself i. those moments that I haven’t eaten enough that day or somehow it’s justified... but I know better :(

No but I wish. The stay at home pandemic depression and anxiety is too much to bear sober at times.
Yes, me. Prior to covid the only time I was sober when I was at work... then permanent wfh happens... went to residential rehab... I recommend it
