I was supposed to have my Amazon Round 3 interview in the first week of May but the interviewer didn't join. My recruiter didn't reply for a few days and then rescheduled it.
Even in this rescheduled interview, my interviewer didn't join. This time my recruiter joined and said she'll reschedule my interview.
She still hasn't done that even after a follow up.
Is this common? Is this some kind of patience test?
I have no clue but I'm really frustrated at this point.

I’ve joined a new organisation a month back.
I’ve applied to amazon 3 months ago, the interview process started after a month and it took 2 months for the entire process to be completed. I’ve cleared all rounds and I’m interested in joining Amazon.
How to handle this situation?

Received offer from AWS Bangalore. Please help me decide.
My interview experience was really wierd. I only had two technical rounds and the rest 2 rounds were LP rounds where as in most cases I have seen there are atleast 3-4 coding rounds. Could this be a red flag ? (e.g. they are hiring to fire me) Also how is the work culture in AWS india. I will be joining the commerce platform team. Amazon Amazon Web Services
