1. $125k with great work environment in a small company. Will have to do a lot of testing, rather than building. Steep learning curve.

I’ve heard the hiring process for some of these companies is painfully slow. How painfully slow are we talking? Can anyone shed light on that? My previous experience is 1 month start to finish for hiring more or less. Now it’s one month and don’t even have an interview yet but apparently a few candidates have been narrowed down. I have my first choice and apparently everything is still processing per recruiter, but I want to move on and look for other opportunities of it isn’t going to work out.

I just got diagnosed with ADHD at 30. After years of being the weird one, problem child and dealing with my own mental and sensory overload issues I’m so relieved to have a diagnose I could cry. I am now getting recommendations to avoid medication and try therapy. Can anyone speak to that approach? I kind of feel like I’m getting that recommendation because people don’t believe ADHD is a real issue.
