I have a parent with vascular dementia who I can see starting to slowly get worse. Some of the symptoms are paranoia, mood swings, and sometimes hallucinations. She is able to do her day to day but the symptoms above make her hard to get along with sometimes. It's really emotionally draining and I feel like I have no one to talk to about it. I hate the caregiver role and I feel miserable when I'm not there helping my sibling/family back home.
Hi guys. I have a query with regards to the Income tax proof submission.
So I have claimed exemptions on the following-
2) 5 year term deposit(fixed deposit) under Section 80C
3) Interest on education loan under Section 80E
I have also provided previous employment details.
Guys I didn't know that we have to submit declaration forms as well. Can you please tell me which are the declaration forms that I would need to fill and submit??
Thanks in advance :)

I’ve been at my current agency for about 6 months now and I’m regretting the decision. I think this is the kind of place I’d come to later in my career bc the work-life balance is good and people have been here a while.
Everyone seems complacent and okay with doing the bare minimum to make the clients happy. I’ve found the work isn’t very impressive and things aren’t submitted for awards.
I have two potential book pieces waiting to be produced, do I wait it out or start looking elsewhere?
Anyone in Deloitte ITQCS team? Looking to talk to someone. What does the group actually do?

What's your "fishbowl love" number? I've noticed that the majority of people who display their usernames are 40-80 but then it's unclear what the actual formula is so I wonder what the mean/SD are.

Where would I be able to find referrals? I’m looking to advance in my career at a different agency because I realize a private practice isn’t for me financially at this time. I’m not leaving my job cold Turkey but I need to look for something stable and I know referrals would greater my chances of getting hired.
Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? And how would I be able to cross over to management?
Our employee satisfaction survey is tied to our performance goals. Meaning, if we rate management badly, we cannot meet 10% of our goals which in turn affects our bonuses and raises. We asked HR but they didn’t do anything about it. Is this normal? Is this legal? If not, what else can we do about it?
I’m an LCSW with 7 years experience. Currently working as an EAP consultant for an insurance company from home. The pay is good but I hate being on a call queue and the schedule is SO rigid. As a working mom I’m wondering if there are other options for remote WFH positions in insurance out there that don’t require being in a call queue and having supervisors monitoring every single second of your day? I work so much better when I have time to prioritize my tasks and work at my own pace.
Does anyone have any recommendations for asking for your job to be restructured ? I am in administration as an analyst and over the last year I have picked up the gap of a financial manager who has left. (I am doing half her job and another analyst is doing the other half)
At this point, how would you ask to full time absorb these responsibilities and restructure your job/pay to reflect that? Thank you!
Does anyone work as a customer service analyst for HCA and if so what is/was your pay starting out? I’m really curious about this
Hey you guys! I have a question to ask about.
I recently put in my 2 weeks in for a new job that pay higher but I now want to be " PRN" here and not leave entirely because i actually dont mind the work that i do. I do feel stupid asking my boss if I can PRN instead though? OR who knows what he would say anyway, what do you think?

I’m thinking about leaving the clinical side of healthcare within the next year. Insurance dictating treatment is causing too much mental strain. Plus companies focused on the bottom line and not patient care
Registered dental assistant in Texas, I am looking for more information on pay and benefits through an orthodontics office. Currently I am making a very low hourly wage (just over minimum wage) with a monthly bonus that fluctuates a lot. In the past year the bonus has ranged from $900-$2400 after taxes. We get no health benefits however we do receive orthodontic treatment at no cost. Is this common for Texas orthodontic offices?
I have been with my company for almost 8 years. I wasn’t certified when I started but I have been now for about a year. It wasn’t required before. I learned that my coworker who has been with us less than a year and had no prior experience in healthcare makes very close to the same amount I do. My boss says our rates are based on our experience which is clearly not true. One of our none clinical members who left was making the same as me. Does this seem right to you guys?
Any advice on how to transition into healthcare IT without experience? I have a MS and MPH. Burned out on patient services roles. Hoping to make a transition before the year out. Actively seeking new opportunities.
Any associate administrative healthcare career opportunities in South Florida area for recent college graduate with clinical experience? Not looking for another MA position.
