Is there anyone here that is a physician advisor? If so, how do you like it?

I have a parent with vascular dementia who I can see starting to slowly get worse. Some of the symptoms are paranoia, mood swings, and sometimes hallucinations. She is able to do her day to day but the symptoms above make her hard to get along with sometimes. It's really emotionally draining and I feel like I have no one to talk to about it. I hate the caregiver role and I feel miserable when I'm not there helping my sibling/family back home.

So I have claimed exemptions on the following-
1) HRA
2) 5 year term deposit(fixed deposit) under Section 80C
3) Interest on education loan under Section 80E

I have also provided previous employment details.

Guys I didn't know that we have to submit declaration forms as well. Can you please tell me which are the declaration forms that I would need to fill and submit??

Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? And how would I be able to cross over to management?

Our employee satisfaction survey is tied to our performance goals. Meaning, if we rate management badly, we cannot meet 10% of our goals which in turn affects our bonuses and raises. We asked HR but they didn’t do anything about it. Is this normal? Is this legal? If not, what else can we do about it?

I’m an LCSW with 7 years experience. Currently working as an EAP consultant for an insurance company from home. The pay is good but I hate being on a call queue and the schedule is SO rigid. As a working mom I’m wondering if there are other options for remote WFH positions in insurance out there that don’t require being in a call queue and having supervisors monitoring every single second of your day? I work so much better when I have time to prioritize my tasks and work at my own pace.

Registered dental assistant in Texas, I am looking for more information on pay and benefits through an orthodontics office. Currently I am making a very low hourly wage (just over minimum wage) with a monthly bonus that fluctuates a lot. In the past year the bonus has ranged from $900-$2400 after taxes. We get no health benefits however we do receive orthodontic treatment at no cost. Is this common for Texas orthodontic offices?

I have been with my company for almost 8 years. I wasn’t certified when I started but I have been now for about a year. It wasn’t required before. I learned that my coworker who has been with us less than a year and had no prior experience in healthcare makes very close to the same amount I do. My boss says our rates are based on our experience which is clearly not true. One of our none clinical members who left was making the same as me. Does this seem right to you guys?
