I don't have any savings yet. Am 30 years of age. I got married and started new family.
Hiw can I make sure I will settle in Bangalore with buying a 2bhk house in any apartment , savings for future for family & kids & make good savings also? Please help truly.

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). Add a terrible health situation in my family and it seems there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. Ugh. 😞

I spoke to one of the popular self-proclaimed career coaches from LinkedIn and I was not thrilled with the chat. Should I consider an executive search firm? Has anyone used it when they are trying to transition to senior management roles? Is it worth it?

Advice for catching data analysis errors prior to showing to leadership? Asking cause me and my team are all new to our org and we’ve had a few incidents of presenting data thinking it’s good, and leadership questions it, and then we discover some kind of data pull or calculation error. I’m not sure what to do other than literally deep dive every calculation and value my team produces prior to sharing. But maybe I need to prioritize doing that and push off other work?
