And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. My request to all higher authority of TCS. Please plan for a salary correction strategy for those who are under paid. I am a BPS associate from past 4 years in TCS. I worked for 3 accounts here as a developer got many appreciation from clients, internal recognition but my salary is still very low. I trained some of the fresher and lead the team who are making double of my annual salary. They got promoted to SE me still BPO1 with 15k/month.
