Anyone have experience at the FTC?
Hi Fishes,
I am currently working world's largest beer company. I have current CTC of 25 LPA and I am expecting hike of 10% at least within the company.
I got interviewed at Pepsi Co for Lead -2 position and have cleared all the rounds. How much can I expect, I have just asked 30% on current CTC.
Please do let me know as it will be very helpful. Do they provide relocation allowance, do i need to submit any documents for them. Also, do they offer any joining bonus?

For me, it’s about not being rushed. I always get coffee (or make mine at home if not traveling) and listen to NPR while getting ready. Being in a rush always gets me off on the wrong foot.
I run and listen to Ben Shapiro every morning.
I wait 30 mins before checking my phone, then make coffee and listen to the Daily by the New York Times as I get ready
Great idea. I’m going to start doing that. I do like to check the news and read a few things in bed in the AM so I don’t want to put on airplane but checking emails isn’t good for me
I make some chai and listen to the NPR

Stretch and run
Workout for 20-30 minutes at home or in my hotel room - no excuses. YouTube video or do my own hiit routine (burpees, squats, pushups, lunges, etc) Gets my blood flowing and not a huge time commitment. Haven’t missed a day this year. I used to be a big gym guy and heavy weights. Now I tu to do weights/TRX bands at home 1x/week and body weight exercises test of the week. I am my thinnest I have been since studying abroad in college when I stopped working out completely. Working out first thing gets it over with and gives me a positive vibe for most of the day.
