I take vitamin d and b complex supplement and they help w fatigue but not the hurting… on rare occasions when I take Tylenol I feel so much better. Are IBD comps really that much more than consulting?

YOE 8, skill business analysis, had HR discussion with IQViA , current CTC 12.36LPa , HR was mentioning as 16.5 fixd and 18lacs CtC.

I said thats too less, and asked to consider 20lacs fixed , which she did not agree, then reduced to 18lacs fixed and said she will checi with management.

Anybody tried to negotiate with IqViA and got a better offer? Will they come back with better offer?
