Actually when i ask them what is that market standards they say 30% again i have seen discussions where candidate is more than 15 L CTC these standards or not considered.

Hey sharks, I have close to 5.5 years of experience with big4s and currently at 20 lpa fixed plus variable. I am being offered manager by KP at 27 lpa fixed plus variable and 6 lakh joining bonus. But I am not keen on continuing with big4s and move out to some fintect or corporate. Market situation is also not great.
