If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

100x more effort than the old system
So I don’t have a Fitbit or apple watch that tracks my workout. So if I manually track my workout as a habit, that will only yield me 10 points. No points are actually rewarded for manually tracking a workout. If a device syncs your work out to the app then you receive 100 points for a 30 min workout
Connect your phone as your step tracking. Beyond that, you can easily get the necessary points with calorie tracking, Whil sessions and daily cards/habits.
I find it much easier than the old system and actually more fun to use. I don’t get the complaints. I do have an Apple Watch so maybe that’s why?
Yes, it’s more difficult to get money, but this is not just an extra part of your paycheck - the intent of the system is to motivate you to do things to be more healthy (both physically and mentally). Keeping that in mind, I think it is way more effective than the old system and while it does require a bit more effort, honestly it’s not a big deal to me.
You can connect any app on your cellphone. They also give random bonus points for consistent tracking
Not bad once you sync phone steps and do cards etc
Track your workout as a habit everyday and you get points. And you can track 2 more as well. You also get points for looking at “cards” every day too.
I mean why should pwc be paying you to workout anyway lol. Don’t be greedy dude. Go buy a fitbit if you’re so upset
OP - Your phone will track your steps, which gets a significant amount of points. Also, the habits I’m referring to are the ones where you just answer yes/no - you get 10 points for each one tracked, up to 30 points/day. You also get 20 points for tracking calories in the MyFitnessPal app and 50 points for doing a 90 second session in whil. If you do those regularly, you also get a bonus of a few hundred points for completing 10/20 days per month. Add all those up and you can very easily exceed the ~220 point per day average you need to get the full $100 per quarter.
