Is there any room for negotiation in a non-promotion year raise? If I receive a raise that I am not happy with should i say something during the call when it is communicated or come back later with information?

My CTC is 4.6lpa with 5 yoe....which is really demotivating to work with. I will be completing 3 yrs in this company by June but no promotion yet( to ITA). Should I leave the company or keep waiting for promotion and then switch?

Is anyone else finding it difficult to get a raise this year because of market conditions? I moved from a business analyst role to a management role and didn't get a raise even though I'm taking on significantly more work. The terrible market conditions are what my boss pointed to. Is it okay to spend 3 years at a company and not get a major promotion (I just get the 2-3% yearly raise) or Should I start looking for another job? Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.
Was reluctant to cover my shifts when I became sick and requested time off for a few days. (4 days)
Any thoughts?

Am I being paid competitively? I have been the Onboarding Sup for my HR dept for over a year now and I’m being paid the state min for salary, which for CA is 62,400. I have not gotten a merit raise since the last 2 January’s, the state raises the threshold for salary folks. My company says that was my raise. Is this right?
