I joined Tata Consultancy in july, last year. But the project, which I'm working on is mainly support based. As my previous workplaces were chaIlenging and had some quality of development work, I felt demotivated here. I tried to change the project but manager is not willing to leave me. Is there any way I can get release from current project? I know I have the last option...which is resignation 😂
Hi Sharks,
I had first round of CITI interview this week and today I got a mail asking for documents submission. Does that mean this had only one round and I have cleared that? Generally documents are asked only when we clear all the rounds. Who has given CITI interview please let me know. Thanks..Citi

MIT Sloan released 10-year mba career survey and I am surprised by the numbers. The salary seems a bit low given that many grads went into consulting, finance and tech. Nowadays we always talk about how high the total compensation is for consulting partners, bankers and PMs, then number didn’t show the same (maybe some graduates are at international markets and thus lower salary?) What is harder to believe is 30% of the grads are under 200k?! A new grad at Sloan hits 150k+ MIT Sloan School of Management

EMBAs are geared for senior leadership level. Often 35-40+ and usually part-time. From a rankings perspective, yes— it’s better to go to an EMBA Exec/PT (as long as it’s still reasonably competitive) at a better school than FT at a lower tier.
But need to check for things like campus recruiting and placement data to ensure you can still leverage it to pivot successfully (if that’s what you’re looking to do.)

Please don’t spread misinformation. A part time booth or kellogg degree does not come close to a top 30 full time experience. These part time programs average out to 650 GMATs which are lower than any top 30 and would be in Line with a top 50 full time program. The bar is completely different. One is a transformative experience and the other is a cash cow
