Are there any groups at Salesforce that value developers? I'm in Q Branch and it baffles me how solution engineers make $30-$40k (I make $99k) more than me when I've been developing on the Salesforce platform for 8 years. I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.

Also, do you think it’s too late to ask if I can visit the unit before I make my decision? Thanks in advance.

I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

Job base salary presented by HR during screening interview was $130-$145k. I have 3-5 years more experience and more education compared to the posting requirements (BA required, I have a MS).
