Hi fishes, it's been less than 7 months in my current project and I want a release. Please suggest some ideas :(
I know the policy is of 18 months but I can't take it anymore. The work pressure/expectations are too much and bad work timings. I just can't handle it and it's affecting me a lot mentally. :( Nagarro

Hi Fishes,
I am not satisfy with the project tech stack and project itself in FIS Global . I recently joined in mid February and thinking to resign now.
If I give resign and serve notice period of 1 month as per the mentioned in appointment letter then FIS Global will give me the Relieving letter or not ???
I am so worried to take relieving letter that FIS will give or not as I didn't start actual work and since 1.5 months only just getting KT trainings on product.
Kindly suggest

Hi everyone! I need to re schedule an interview but I have no recruiter to reach out to at all. I received a link for an interview with Deloitte Philly and the only two time slots offered are when I'll be on a plane. It says to reach out to my recruiter for any questions but I have no recruiter! No one personally ever reached out to me. I tried calling the office but since I have no name they can't help. Been reaching out on LinkedIn but also nothing. What can I do? This is really stressful.
McKinsey and BCG consultants: how impactful would the difference between the two firm's flight policies (>90 mins business class for BCG vs >3.5hrs for McK) be to one's experience as a consultant? Do McK folks usually end up getting upgraded anyways as your flight status increases? Do BCG folk feel that the first-class perk provides them with a significantly better travel experience? Would love your thoughts :)

“Experienced Associate” = Day Old Bagels
A1 is entry level, A2 and A3 are “experienced” but all have the same associate classification in workday
A2 and A3 are considered experienced. A1 is entry level campus hire.
What’s the group, city, and offer? Our cohort system should keep offers consistent for roles.
Are you graduating undergrad (and should be A1), or are you graduating with a grad degree?
With some more details we could help better.
Experienced associate is an old title... Doesn't really exist anymore or mean anything.
If you have prior relevant work experience (not just an internship), you may be able to negotiate up to A2 which would be the way to move the salary needle.
