My 9-week old puppy starts barking/whining when she wakes up in her crate. Sometimes it’s her letting us know that she needs to go potty. Other times it’s just her wanting to go out. We tried to ignore the behavior but would end up going to her anyways. We live in an apartment so we feel bad for the neighbors when she doesn’t stop. Any advice?

Beginner here, so I’m sorry if this is a basic question. I grew up in a household that wasn’t making very much (IE my dad managed a family of 4 on 28k at one point). I’ve been lucky to get into consulting where I’m making more than both my parents combined. I want to secure a good financial future for my kids and want to know if anyone has advice on getting into investing, or even sources they found helpful? I know literally “zero”
