Follow this for fixing posture, did this morning and evening for about 1-2 months and no issues
Yes they do have classes some places (it’s mentioned in the Article I will post below). But I would start with YouTube and articles to see if you start to notice improvement there. Personally I do some stretching every day and have 1 day per week where instead of working out I will rest and do 45+ min of flexibility work
You should also check this article on sitting properly as this was the source of most of my issues

Try stretch classes or restorative yoga
I’ve heard of the Alexander technique for this, but haven’t tried it myself. Curious what’s worked for people
Not sure if you’re open to Pilates classes - that helped me with my posture. It would also address stretching/flexibility.
Oh yeah, I did Alexander technique at music school for posture. Definitely made you more mindful of it. There’s also that gadget that you stick on your back & vibrates when you are hunching - may be a gimmick but probably worth a try?

Maybe check out barre classes
Posture uses a lot of muscles in your core as well as back, if those aren’t built up, it’s physically taxing to stand straight. Curious though, OP...why not Yoga? I am not a diehard yogi follower like most but I will say hot yoga fixed a lot of my poor posture issues after I had a baby.
Adult ballet works wonders and gorgeous music
If you live in SFO, try VLM..she focuses on posture ...though it’s a nice spin on barre/ballet.
