Hi all - looking for stats and help on what a St Consultant level III gets paid here in London? (My understanding is that levels are indicative of the cost of living of your home office and thus a higher level guarantees a higher pay). With 80K I feel like I’m being severely low-balled. I’m transferring from a US office.

Which one do you take, and why?

Currently at ADP, been here for 4 years, degree in Pre-Med Biology. Have both Inside and Outside Sales experience partnering with CPA firms/current clients/prospects for about 4 years and starting a new channel with DEI Organizations/Networking Groups for B2B. ADP has a great comp plan but my base is 48K and even with the commission I feel like I’m getting taken advantage of/not getting what I’m worth. After 4 years, I feel it’s time to move on. Any advice or thoughts on this?

I am starting a new position as an SDR at LinkedIn and thus signing a new contract. It’s an entry-level position but I have already worked in the company for some time. Would you recommend negotiating the offer or SDR entry-level positions are usually not negotiable?
