So what should I do? Managed to get good snapshot reviews, doing some reinvestment etc. But I've been staffed on the same project and haven't networked much. Also I don't work with my RP much.
Have the people you work with on your side, engagement directors, engagement partner. The people that will go to bat for you and their standing are extremely helpful
I heard only partners get to go to the CRT? So far I only worked with one partner. Just got his review today seems to be fair.
How important is it to work with your RP, or just let the partner you work with speak for you?
Team can speak for u but make it a point to check in with RP throughout the year
