I have 9 years of experience and working in EY GDS with a fixed salary of 35lpa. I have received an offer from EY UK and they have offered 65k pounds. I know it’s less but please let me know if that’s okay given the fact that my wife has an offer of 50k pounds.

My current salary is 57k (2 yrs out of Master degree), Los Angeles. I am so tired to have panic attacks and occasional nightmares because I am very stressed about the money that I have in my bank. I often have negative balance. Not sure what to do and idk how to ask for a raise. I feel guilty to ask since my company is doing my visa, but at the same time I feel depressed because my low salary.. any advice?

Are recruiters worth more than L&D specialists? We have a new recuiter that transferred in from another dept. & is already making more than me and has a higher comp range. We have same tenure & they have NO prev. recuiting experience. I should also add I have been helping cover recuiting in interim. I also help cover HR tasks, have my SHRM, 5 years of HR exp., and 2 degrees. Is the "value" for recruiters more than L&D? I feel a little taken advantage of, but want to know if I'm off base here.

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. Can someone please give me some insight on cvent vs appdynamics cisco. Both are giving similar fixed CTC of 29 on 5 YOE. I know appdynamics provide great learning opportunities but cvent is also good. I am from Chandigarh so Delhi is also mor near to my home.
