This may seem like a ridiculous question, but I genuinely don't know the answer. Am I a URM in terms of MBA apps?? My father is from the middle east and my mother is from the northern European country I live in. On top of that I was born in a different country altogether. I see on this app that some races (e.g. Indian/Asian) are actually at a disadvantage in terms of MBA apps. Where do you think I fall on this spectrum??

Anyone here considered bootcamps (Flatiron, GA, etc) or certifications (i.e. NYU product design non credited cert) to switch jobs? I've been software adjacent in consulting but no direct product experience. Feel like they'd be helpful since I can't get hands on experience but not sure how tech co.s feel about these programs. Any advice?

For context I've done non- technical PMO for software teams and change management work on tech implementation.

Is there an app to target specific houses or streets for when they go on market?

There are certain houses located along certain portions of some roads that I don't drive by regularly. But I would love to know if any of them ever go on the market.

I was thinking it would be great to have a Google maps like app that you could browse and select a bunch of houses and eventually get a notification if any of them ever go on the market.

Or, is there any other low effort way of doing this?
