If you see there's no process or work change or the least promotion, it's time to switch. I had been planning from the last 2 months since it's been half a year without progress and just in time I got upskilled. 3 years is a very very long time and of you aren't promoted, better to switch

Dont worry about promotions, if you think you are better than others in the team. Just prepare and switch with minimum 50%hike or exp *3 times salary, there are many companies out there to welcome you👍 good luck

Just heard that the new PwC hires are getting around 75k out of undergrad in NYC. I started at 65 and am at 76 a year later (in NYC). Does this mean I'll get some sort of a large raise?
