Quality is there but one can argue easily that the brand name is where most of the $ comes from. Same is true for many luxury players though.

Obviously their quality is high, but the premium you are paying is for the brand name. A diamond is a diamond, you can find the same carat/clarity/cut qualities at a local jeweler for much less money. Tiffany’s gold jewelry designs are very simple and replicated often, so you can also find those for much cheaper elsewhere. And finally, I don’t find their customer service to be all that great. Overall, it’s not worth the premium they charge in my opinion
I'd say that it's worth whatever you're willing to spend on it and fits your budget.
Fine jewelry is neither a necessity nor is it actually useful/practical. So the value is all emotional/sentimental, so it's all up to you to assign "worth".
If we're thinking purely about price - clearly, a larger share of their revenues goes towards marketing than for smaller independent shops.
(Coming from someone who has a Tiffany ring.)

Imo no, bc I think the design/objects are incredibly boring. If paying premium, the object should be exceptional and a perfect fit to your taste (as well as excellent craftsmanship).
Even if the craftsmanship is great, why drop so much on the same thing everyone else has?
My jeweler sells his stuff to Tiffany and the slap their stamp in it. They mark up upwards of 300%
