My wife is getting an onsite opportunity for the US via internal transfer (L1 Visa). My company is not providing me that opportunity. So she wants me to travel with her. Can I go with her on her Visa? How can I go? What is the procedure to get a job in the US if I travel with her?

I’m so upset about the pay gap between USDC and core along with the maternity leave discrepancy. Core gets 6 months, USDC gets 2 weeks. How does that make any sense!?! I am doing the same work as Analysts in core and getting paid way less. What should I do?!

I am in a healthy happy marriage, own a home, financially stable and 32. I just found out I am pregnant and I am a bit shocked. I have thyroid issues and so we were told to try for 6 months and if/when it didnt they would start medical intervention…welp naturally happened the first month.
