Is two weeks an appropriate notice to give? For context, I have a pretty understaffed legal team.

I’m in a similar spot now re: Understaffed team. I gave my two weeks recently and my current boss tells me (in a not happy tone) I should have told her when I started looking to move so she could have better prepared to replace me.

This is insane, right?!

Yes. What if you had told her when you started looking, she immediately found your replacement, but your job search took a year?

This is my first consulting role and I feel I am not receiving enough support. Few people are helping to learn the ropes but WFH has exacerbating the problem. How do I get a TL to receive pointed feedback? PwC
