Is United Silver premier worth it? I never have enough spend to be anything above basic but I did a few trips this year and I am 875 PQP and 2 PQF short to silver premier. I have a lot of what ifs in terms of travel next year but thought it would be good to get. I may do a quick trip to lax or phx next month to get me there that will cost about $900-$1100. I have been working as Travel Nurse and I have been extending my contract working locally because it’s close to home but I am ready to go. The toxic environment is really affecting me. Travel and TTC combo haven’t worked. After 6 months, the only offer I got included 4 weeks paid and FLMA only after 1 year. So 1) go and risk laughable benefits or 2) stay but risk TTC. So shitty 😭

At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?
