Do I need to pay custom charges if my company sends some items from foreign country?

If my company that is based in EU sends me some stuffs from their country, will I have to pay the custom charges to receive the item?

If yes, what's the custom charges usually is?

Few years back, I ordered an Earphone from AliExpress that was about $10, I received the package without paying any custom fee.

I got call from tech Mahindra for selection on Friday But still waiting for any mail confirmation.

(1)How much time it will take to get confirmed selection mail and further process upto joining?
(2) They will call for salary negotiation or not?
(3) Upto what range they negotiate?
(4) What will be the salary negotiation range for 6 years experience person having 9lpa is the current package?

Current iPhone user, planning to buy a new version phone. Need suggestions

Should I switch to Android or can I stay with iPhone only? I feel it’ll be nice to have a change in the UX, but hopefully the change shouldn’t be bad so that I’ll regret.

If Android, suggest a few good phones, that’ll be a fair replacement for iPhone.

If iPhone, should I go for iPhone 13 or 13 Mini. I like the compact size with mini, but the battery capacity not great.
