I am not 100% sure but i guess US projects and timing with us counterpart is the main reason for bad wlb. Its same in almost all us projects in all companies

I was in German project for last 6 years now and it was chill for 5 years, so it depends on the project you get, US projects tends to be the reason for bad WLB. Even if you get any project with bad WLB you can reach out to leadership for a prj with fixed time schedule.

US holds 80% sway in revenues for most organization in India catering to MNC clients. So it's pretty common to hear such reviews.

How old were you when you bought your first rental property? I’m 25 with 250k saved and am starting to look at properties in NY, my friends in their 30s with rentals are killing it and I want to start building housing equity, but it seems hard to save up enough to afford a half decent property

Recently joined a consulting firm and have a corporate AmEx now. I am planning on paying the $95 fee to get the points from corporate expenses. I also have only a chase sapphire preferred. Is it worth picking up a Gold or Platinum card to pool all the points in one place? I eat out a lot and mostly redeem points for statement credit or the occasiaonl hotel room (use Marriott). Don’t do a ton of personal flying. Thanks in advance.
