How do women really work in pregnancy? I am 7 weeks and so exhausted to work that I feel like taking a long break instead I’m getting overburdened with work. Im a fourth year partner. The clients are good, workload is manageable, have a great team and a great boss. But I'm just not motivated to go and kill it anymore. It just feels more of the same thing. Also, I keep having a feeling that I could be doing a lot more if I were in a startup or in a different corporate role. The only reason that stops me from doing any of this is that money here is good and I worked really hard to get here. Any advice?

Me and my husband are both associates and are busy (like everyone else). No kids and have our house cleaned every Friday, order all our groceries via delivery, but I’m looking to outsource more.
