I am at a company that I like and has great WLB, but not sure if it is worth leaving for Truist.
Sounds like money at this stage isn’t a game changer but you’re think it can lead to future opportunities. Do you think you’d be happy potentially losing on WLB in an effort to have opportunity later? Would future opportunity be a better package or do you have a firm understanding of what future you could have? Does an unstable capital market impact the plan for the next 1-3 years?
I have heard really good things about them. I had a friend who worked there and she said the culture and wlb are great. She also said the benefits are good.
