Our team is fully remote, and honestly, it was a bit hard at the beginning as everyone was trying to figure out how to make it work. Still, there are so many team management software nowadays that coordinating everyone from home has become pretty seamless. I think the trick is just getting everyone on the same page by providing training and clear expectation for communications.
Honestly, we just couldn't make it work the way we wanted it to from home so we collectively decided that returning to the office would be for the best.
We chose to get the best of both worlds, so we only have to come into the office 3 days out of the week and we're free to get our work done at our own pace on the days that we stay home. Has been working great so far
Our marketing team is a mix of remote and in-office workers. We find that this setup works well for us, as it allows people to work from home when they need to and come into the office when they want to. This flexibility helps us to be more productive and stay connected with each other.
Our marketing team is fully remote and we love it! We have team members all over the country and it works great for us. We are able to communicate easily through tools like Slack and Zoom and it allows us to be very flexible with our work schedules.
While I believe that there are some benefits to working remotely, I don't think it's the best option for all companies. A fully remote team can be difficult to manage and can often lead to a lack of communication and collaboration. In my opinion, it's best to have at least some team members in the office so that they can collaborate face-to-face and build relationships with their coworkers.
We have one day a week in the office and honestly it’s everyone’s least productive day.
Our team is fully remote. It took about 6 months to work it out, but now it's even smoother than when we were in the office. Fewer distractions from coworkers means we can focus easier.
