ISBC and Citizens Bank merged, if I buy ISBC today is there any benefit to me given the $1.46 cash per share of ISBC and 0.297 of Citizens stock per ISBC share? Newbie to investing I'd assume there is pre merger date you'd have to own for any of these benefits or can I still buy? Bad thought all together? Thanks!

Cheap thrill not expecting the moon more curious if what I was saying by buying is right not if it is the best investment decision ever

1 share of ISBC = 14.12. 1 share of CFG = 42.68. So if you buy 1 share of ISBC you will get 42.68*.297 =12.67 + 1.46 =14.13. What is the benefit that you are seeing here? Just buy CFG if you believe in it.

In a world of remote consulting work…. How long can the US maintain its high premium over European and, esp. developing market consulting? Both price tag to clients and significantly higher salaries for the people.
