Company site needs a full refresh. It’s WordPress.
Developer can’t do what I want for the budget I’ve been so generously allocated. I know nothing of quality will come from it anyway.

I don’t want to spend my time in Wordpress and having to update plugins etc.

So now I’m looking at the budget solutions.

I’ve seen these for creative teams/briefs for example, but don’t have on handy. I would be looking for Amazon, Social (IG/TT, FB, TWT), Display (IAB) and/or any other specs you have around video and image sizes, format, max file size, etc. Also, any examples of Strategy Overviews? It would be greatly appreciated as my google account was hacked. Enjoy the weekend!

CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

I am currently at a crossroads. I got two job offers: Digital Marketing Specialist at a global agency ($58k) and a Print Marketing Specialist at a grocery chain ($70k).
