I am happy to learn from fellow entry-level consultants but find many times that is not reciprocated.

Was offered a role at AWS/ProServe. For those currently at AWS, anybody know what happens for years 3-4 and beyond? Is the expectation that your total compensation drops in years 3 and 4 and each year after that? I’ve heard that RSU refreshers are only granted sometimes, and usually they’re not enough.

I have been experiencing major burnout and have been struggling to manage work tasks with my ADHD. I'm in a position that has a lot of interruptions and requires my leadership input on various things leading me to feel constantly overwhelmed. Should I bring this up with HR or my manager? Should I ask to move to a position that might be better for me? Or will this work against me and make me seem like a bad employee?

How do you guys stay motivated? I get assigned mostly internal work and I don't feel like I'm progressing as fast as I'd like, and lose motivation. Research is OK but if I don't get to apply it at customers ...

Considering an offer from EY. Can any current EY'ers advise on the following:

1) Unlimited PTO: I will be aiming for around 5 weeks (200 hours) of PTO in addition to the paid holidays and the summer and winter shutdowns (19 days). Is this feasible?
