It happens so rarely, I want to document it here: right now, at this moment, life has hit the balance. My schedule for this week is not unmanageable. My teams are excited and I see growth. My kids are happy and thriving in their communities. My husband and I had a rare “date” last night. It’s Sunday and I have a full day ahead of me to do what I want. The sun is shining. My body doesn’t hurt. Thank you, Lord - and please let this continue for at least one more week. O

Wow. So happy to hear this! I hope to get there as well.

I love reading this. My husband asked the other day what if we won the lottery and the truth is, there’s nothing I want. We make plenty of money, the kids are happy and healthy, we are happy and healthy, we have everything we want. Maybe we already did win?

Hi all,

I have in total 6+ years of experience in Customer support and operations.
Currently, with Accenture for over 3 years joined as lvl 12.2 and now on 11.2. Working as so called lead but leads are lvl 10. Annual CTC after revision 6.5LPA. Please advise should I wait for lvl 10 or should I make switch. If switch then which company to try for.

Made a deal based on trust and paid cash up front. Got screwed but learned very valuable lessons from this experience. Always have a written contract and never pay cash up front. NO MATTER WHAT. Can’t go into details but please send positive vibes. 🙏❤️🥺

Hi all! I was thinking about changing industries. I am currently an underwriter for for-hire transportation with 7.5 YOE. Wondering what others have found to be transferable skills or if anyone has made a career change. Also curious what other career paths other underwriters have gone on (possible changing departments or line of business, etc). Any info or suggestions appreciated!!

Hi everybody,
Need an advice , related to Irish Employment laws / Workplace Relations Commission.

Situation:
Currently working in an IT company in Dublin Ireland. Company is making some reorganization and offering us :

1. Either to take some %age hike to accept the new shift pattern which is working a few extra hours including weekends, in general it is like losing lot on what was signed by us before.

2. Either to accept a chance to move teams but no idea how it looks like.

3. Redundancy
