It has been over 60 days since the last employment ended. How tricky with the h1b transfer process be with the new employer? Will I have to leave the country for stamping?

I recently received an offer from a competitor with a promotion to my existing role and close to 50% hike. PwC is about to file my I140 in premium now and now I am caught up in 2 minds. Would I wait for another 180 days to make sure that my I140 technically cannot be revoked or do i risk joining the new firm ? The new firm would start my GC process after 6 months of joining and my H1 max out period is in July 2024. Any suggestions are welcome!

Big network, holding company. I’m new to the US market, is it something to worry about or I should start to worry in the mid of April? :)))

L1 extension petion filed about 6 months ago. USCIS website says Texas service center takes between 3.5 to 5.5 months to process I-129. The case inquiry date has also passed the date my petition was filed and yet no response. Is this normal? I reached out to my firm's immigration attorney assigned to my case and they're not responding as well. Is there anything I can do at this point?
