It is only IT industry which is booming? I see people with 5 to 6 YOE are getting paid 20 to 25 LPA. Anyone from Non-IT with 15 to 20 LPA with 6 YOE?

I am a Senior 1 with INR 8.5 LPA with approx 6YOE (GRADUATE ONLY).I had got offer from TCS for AM at 12LPA (including bonus and everything and hence have rejected it)
I have got offer from SDC at 16 +2 JB for SA1 and expecting an offer from USI post their disconnect breaks in Jan.
I am thinking of negotiating at SDC .
Suggestions for both designation and package which I should negotiate for in both USI and SDC. Also, which one should be better to work for if package is same.
