When I ask about expected date then she says it is handled by other team and can't comment. Does this mean I will not get the offer?

Hello all. I just got an offer to be a project coordinator with a non-profit hospital. With a starting offer of 65k. They disclosed in the screening that their min was 58k and mid was 70.5k. This is a big pivot for me career wise and I have a couple years of experience. I’m wondering if I should counter with 70k or accept it as is. This seems to be a fair offer as far as non profits go in my city but just wanted to get a second opinion. Thanks!

What are peoples opinions on work from home? It seems to be an unpopular opinion but as a junior I despise it. I am super confused with the career decisions I am making. I am currently in Finland with 68K EUROs. I have two job offers - one from Sydney with 150K AUD (I have permanent residency) and another from India 44 LPA from HashedIn.

The Finland life is good so far but the tax is really high (32-35%) and I could barely save much here. Any suggestion what will be a better option? I am not sure how the life at HashedIn will be.
