Yes even in my OL couldn't find anything related to probation so m assuming it's permanent from day1


Same in PWC india


I joined CTS India in 2014 and I was on full time from day 1, I guess there is no probation for lateral hiring.

Here in NL it’s something that can be offered during negotiations. As a hiring manager I’m cautious with that

Job market supposed to be hot, but these hiring managers are for sure picky! They nitpicking on my background and trying to find the perfect husband, smh. Is this all about the numbers? Just keep applying to more jobs and find more referrals? I try to customize my resume but it does not seem to have any impact
