Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?

Anyone down to critique my resume?
I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?
KPMG I’m confused on your referral process. Had a friend refer me before I made an account, made an account, applied to two jobs and got rejected (that’s fine). But if I want to apply to a third job, will it still be under her referral or do I need a new referral? (She said she can’t refer me again for 12 months) I’m not even sure if I applied correctly under her referral. The first two jobs I applied for were through talent community as I normally would without a referral. Help, I’m so lost :(

The per diem profits, miles and hotel points are awesome.
Makes weekends more intense. I am "wasting" less time with my family. Plus: given i work from home most fridays, and the fact that I probably would not work 9-5 when working locally, makes me see my kids more than Mo - Fr in a "normal" job.
I also like that working longer does not take out of my family time but out of "hotel room time". Twisted logic, I know...
I love going places and seeing new cities or learning about new areas of cities I’ve been to. If all you ever know of a place is the airport, hotel and office, you’ve missed out.
I'm always surprised at the number of people who don't leave their hotel room on a months-long project. You can bet I'm going to explore at night and see the city, try new restaurants, etc. as much as my work schedule allows.
I love that I get to save money but hate that I don’t get to spend quality time with family and friends.
Points and miles
I’m enjoying it right now
Love it been doing it for 30 years
I love every single aspect of it. When you’re young and single it’s a great lifestyle. It also helps I have some friends from high school/college in the city I travel to every week, otherwise I might get a little lonely.
