I think I have pent up resentment for my peer junior team members. I clean up a looooot of their work and don’t mention it to senior people on the team. I try to provide feedback, but I don’t think it registers since we’re at the same level. Should I just start letting people fail?

I recently got an offer from Amazon for sde new grad and I’m thinking if I should join or not as I have heard a lot about toxic work culture. I’m getting a base of 129k + 27k joining bonus and 94k in stocks. It is higher than my current salary but I’m getting a lower title. What should I do? Should I negotiate on salary ? Or on the role? I had applied to a new grad role so O think I can’t negotiate on the role?

I would like to share my situation and use some advice. Second marriage for wife and I and both have a kid each from our first marriages. I have never been able to have any feelings for my step son. He does not have a father in his life. My son has a Mother (my ex) . All this has impacted my relationship with my wife. I love my son and it clearly shows on day day activities. I just can’t fake it. Love my wife a lot. It is not about money but emotions that I don’t have 4 my step son. Any advice?
