That way the choice between firms would be based on service and expertise rather than fees. It could be something as simple as a base of the % of the average market cap over the last 3 years and then adjusted for industry or other factors.

Kickoff to review deck was already sent with dates that had been aligned to. What’s the best way to tell client during kickoff tomorrow that the dates need to shift? I’m annoyed how sloppy this is but just need to go with it at this point. Any advice on making it not seem sloppy to client tomorrow?

My dad and I love each other - but he can be an ahole quite often. Stingy / cheap, emotionally immature, tactless, and he thinks he’s wonderful. Are there really such things as “guy movies”? I’ve been married a long time and known a lot of people over the years. I just saw Bullet Train and really liked it. IMDB rated it high so I suggested watching it with my wife. It turned out to be very Quentin Tarantino-esque and she really didn’t like it. Same with British humor (in the US anyway). I thought In The Loop was hilarious, and of course Monty Python. I know there are exceptions but, honestly, I haven’t found many.
