I am from Training & E-learning background with 11 yoe. I switched to another company (for 17.5 LPA) from TechM (8.3 LPA) two months ago.

I am considering career change so I can increase my earnings. I have worked as Associate Manager for 4 years.

1. a. If I take up course (followed by projects if i get any), will I be able to land a high paying job?
1. b. Will be treated like a fresher and get pay similar to that of a fresher?

2. Which technical skill should I start with?

I recently took up a Customer Success Manger role at a engineering software company. Previously I was a Project Manager at the same company but wanted to move out of my engineering services role. I primarily took this role hoping to get exposure to providing SaaS services as company is transitioning at software cloud.
