Help please!!! I have 2 offers, epam systems and cognizant. Both are giving same offer and I'm a Salesforce developer with 3+ yoe. Please advice which one to choose by keeping all the factors in mind like job security, work, hike, wlb, work culture. PS. I'm more concerned about job security as i have heard some negative review about job security for both of them. Help please 😊 Cognizant EPAM Systems
I have a possible opportunity at Protiviti. Coming from big4 and wondering if Protiviti has fairly similar perks. I’ve read the 2022 benefits guide and it gave a oddly low PTO count of 16 days. Is this true and what about a holiday disconnect in the December time period? Are there any other hidden perks that are awesome? Already heard WLB is better and the culture, but I feel like I’ve gotta find that out first hand. Protiviti
Insight into Mintz in NYC (litigation)? Interested in everything from firm culture to partners to seek out/avoid, type of work, QOL, etc.
Also - word is that while they pay Cravath scale, they don’t pay Cravath/market bonuses. Truth? If so, what are bonuses like for mid-levels at 1800-2000+?

Oh please, if you went freelance tomorrow every recruiter would bring you simply for having Droga on your resume. You’re position is very privileged
Actually I could point you to at least 10 people making careers out of one WK 12 internship a decade ago who would tell you otherwise.
Serious question. How did you get a job at Droga? Work that got you in 2 years ago should be able to at least get you an interview elsewhere. Right?
SAD - name is not everything especially if you dont have a portfolio of work to back it up. i know colleagues at much smaller firms with unfamilar names that have a great lineup of work.
Don't drink the coolaid, GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN.
I agree with you. To alot of companies name means alot. Especially those who have a long history of having a good rep. I just personally feel as a creative, even though Ive been at droga, without enough work at the lvl that I'm currently at, its hard to justify my current title.
Not looking for an argument. Genuinelly seeking advice on how to navigate in my predicament. I've been applying for the last month/two months. I know many companies are going through layoffs as well.
Try a smaller shop with good creative leadership. It might be painful and you will have to do everything but after 2 years you will have more for your book than any 500 plus people agencies.
Too late to leave?
And my advice (with ONE HUNDRED PERCENT EARNESTNESS) is to go freelance and do what everyone else who has worked at Droga does. Lean into the name and experience as hard as you can. It works
Can you talk to a CD or ACD you trust and be candid about what you're going through?
This is a real problem here and I totally empathize because I see this happening the multiple creatives and experienced it myself. It’s a bit like being in creative jail...I’d have a serious talk with whoever your go—to is and one of the ECDs on “the wall” about it. In own my case I found that ppl simply didn’t know I wasn’t working and I advocated for myself. And while that is happening, make sure your Linked In, book, etc is up to date, put it out there to friends at other agencies + recruiters that you are looking and ppl will find you. Then weigh you options.
Totally here you concerning the culture. And don’t give in to the BS other responders have said on this thread. I’ve been there, it’s a shit mental space to be in and far from privileged. Best of luck to you.
The job market sucks right now. Especially for mid-level creatives
