Although neither of them are in LS, so I was wondering if there are specific roles I should be looking into or if it is fine just to have them submit my resume in the general LS pool? I recently started a new role, accepted the job because of an awesome interview with the hiring manager who got me really excited about the opportunities at this new company. Been there a short time, and today I find out they are planning to layoff the entire group I’m with because of a restructuring in the next few weeks. I just can’t believe it, need to process the bait and switch.

I recently got an offer at a prestigious company making almost double what I make now (OTE). It is also a promotion on the job title which will help for long term career prospects.

The only downfall is I also have a final round interview with literally my dream job later this week.

How long can you take to accept an offer? I received a forma offer today and have one more interview with another company for another position that I’m considering. I️ was working on proposal coordination for a non profit before and then I got an offer to work in Tech. I received an offer from Google and I’m quite disappointed about the compensation. I applied for a Program Manager position at Google Cloud located in Waterloo. i’m currently up for promotion this quarter and am projected to make $132K . Google offered me a TC that is below this. At my current company we are very casual Friday all week long as we are in the Non-Profit Arts Entertainment industry. Any suggestions would be appropriated.

This is not a talent issue amongst everyone in the world as much as they want you to believe that. Unrealistic expectations have lead us here.
