I have an interview with them for an associate manager role but they're saying starting salary is 75K which is fairly low for a role that requires 5+ years of experience and reports directly to the AVP, any idea what I could potentially negotiate to? Also what's the hybrid work policy at CTC and any idea on potential changes to it?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Transferring to Vancouver from Arizona for a utility. They transferred my us salary to cad so salary will be 250k base and 150k bonus. Salary is same but after taxes it’s a 20 % drop in net salary.
