It's been almost 10 days since my Guidehouse application status (on my Dashboard) got updated to "Reviewed" but I have not heard from anyone yet. Is there still hope or should I assume that my application got rejected?

She let me know she was unable to tell me, yet still wanted me to give an answer. Do you believe that’s fair? I just got a job with Delta airlines and I had an accomodation request to work remotely as I am Immunocompromised. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection. What do I do?
