It’s Father’s Day, but my dad won’t speak to me.

I accidentally overshared information about having anxiety and trouble focusing with someone who is kind of important at the company and now I regret it. She never responded and probably forgot about it but my husband told me that I shouldn’t have done that and I shouldn’t share things like that with people at work unless you are really close with them and now I’m freaking out and crying because I’m scared she will remember that and tell my boss or other higher up people.

Reneging due to relationship change.

How to deal with change? 1 year out of college and living with 3 of my best friends, just talked about living together for next year but they are all moving to new cities. So I’m 4 weeks going on 5 weeks pregnant and Monday I had “cramps” which really felt like gas in my lower abdomen. Went to the restroom and saw spotting of red blood. The gassy feeling only lasted for about a hour and each time I would fart, I felt better. I’ve been spotting since then and am really concerned. Has anyone else gone through something similar?
