Oh fuck this. I've had ups and downs and project highs and lows (one of my best was a non-military gig in the Middle East) - but at its worst this life is soul sucking

Telling people they're better off than the rest or it could be worse isn't really a good mechanism for anything. It's all relative and it always will be.

If I worked the hours, then yes why not???? It's indicating to the PM that workload is high, unexpectedly.

Personally working in the Middle East, I can tell you it's not too far from the military experience here #LetsKeepItClean
